Hi, I just started drinking St John's Wort tea but I'm not sure if I can have it in the evening Would it affect my sleep or is it calming? Please reply ASAP

I dry the leaves/flowers of St John's Wort and then mix them with our daily cup of Herbal tea (ie mint/sage/rosemary/lemon grass/oreganum/lemon balm/loquat leaves etc) and enjoy it! I am from South Africa and have about 20 herbs in my herb garden! I do NOT use ANY medication for heart/cholesterol/diabetes/hypertension etc Blessings Hermanus
